Terms and Conditions

1. About ThermoHub

ThermoHub is operated by PT Thermo Tech Solutions (Thermotech, "we", "us"), Indonesia. It gives customers and staff tools for thermal and insulation calculations, and gives our team a workspace for sales, projects, customers, files and e-mail.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by Thermotech, or by you through the registration page and then approved by us. Your role decides what you can see and do.

• Keep your username and password to yourself. Do not share your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
• Give correct information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or remove an account that is misused, inactive for a long time, or that belongs to someone who left the company or the customer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• try to open data or functions that your role does not allow;
• copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or disturb its operation;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share;
• use customer, project or contact data from Teams for anything other than your work for Thermotech.

4. Your content and data

Customer records, projects, reports, comments, photos and files that you enter stay the property of their owner (you, your company or Thermotech). You give us the right to store, process and show them as needed to run the service for you and your team, according to the permissions you set.

Only enter data you are allowed to enter. Staff must follow the rules of Thermotech about customer and company data.

5. Calculation results

The calculators give estimates based on the inputs and the data you choose. They support engineering decisions but do not replace them.

• Check the results, and the inputs, before you use them in a design, a quotation or a purchase.
• Real conditions, product batches and installation can differ from the model.

We do not guarantee that a result fits your project and we are not responsible for decisions made without checking by a qualified engineer.

6. Files, sharing and e-mail

In Teams you can upload files and share them with people, teams or roles, and set who may view, download or edit. Access follows the permissions you set and the rules of your company; the uploader and their superiors up to ADMIN can always open a file.

Your mailbox is connected to your account by an admin of Thermotech. ThermoHub signs in to it with sign-in details saved encrypted for your account only, to show your messages and to send messages you write. You can see the address and the connection status in the app. You are responsible for what you send from your mailbox.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ThermoHub available, but we do not promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions, for example during maintenance. We may change, add or remove features. The service is provided "as is".

8. Intellectual property

The software, calculation methods, design, names and logos of ThermoHub and Thermotech belong to Thermotech or its licensors. These terms give you only the right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy or resell it.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using ThermoHub at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the page "Delete your account"). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law, or if we stop offering the service. Parts that should survive, such as limits of liability, stay valid.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Thermotech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, or for loss from use of results without checking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. A dispute is first solved by talking to each other; if that fails it goes to the court of Tangerang, Indonesia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we tell you in the app or by e-mail. If you keep using ThermoHub after a change, you accept the new terms.
