Delete your account

1. How to ask

Send a message from the e-mail address of your account, or by WhatsApp, to the contact below with:

• the subject "Delete my ThermoHub account";
• your username and the name on the account;
• if you want, which data you want deleted, or that you only want to disconnect your mailbox.

We may ask one question to confirm that the request is really from you. Staff accounts are closed together with the admin of your company, so that work in progress is handed over.

2. What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your profile data: name, e-mail address, phone number and photo.
• The mailbox address and sign-in details saved for your account, and the mail messages that were fetched for you.
• Your personal settings, notifications and push tokens.
• Files you uploaded and shared only for yourself.

3. What we keep

Some records are needed for legal, tax and accounting duties, to protect Thermotech in a dispute, or because they belong to the work of the company, not only to you. We keep them, and we remove or hide your name where we can:

• Quotations, orders, invoices and other business records.
• Customer, project, report and comment entries that your team still needs. They stay with the company, linked to a closed account.
• Security and audit logs, for the period the law and our security rules require.

4. How long it takes

We confirm that we received the request within 3 working days and finish within 30 days. Backups may hold the data for up to 1 more month before they are overwritten.

5. Only the mailbox or only some data

You do not have to close the whole account. Ask us to disconnect your mailbox and the saved mailbox sign-in details are deleted. To delete or correct other data, say so in your request.
